1. Hair Fact: Did you know that each of us has 100,000 to 150,000 hair follicles on our heads?
2. Hair Fact: Did you know that each scalp follicle can grow a hair for two to five years?
3. Hair Fact: Did you know that each hair follicle grows between 20 and 25 hairs in a lifetime?
4. Hair Fact: Did you know that if you have shoulder length hair, your tips are about three years old?
5. Hair Fact: Did you know that by the time the tip of your hair reaches your shoulders, it&rsquo;s been growing for three or more years? Hair that is level to your waist is at least five years old at the tips.

Shampoo gently, using the pads of your fingers (not your nails) to massage the formula into your scalp and then into a lather, without any vigorous scrubbing or rubbing.
15. Hair Fact: Did you know that you should never brush wet hair&mdash;use a wide-toothed comb or pick to separate tangles before styling. This helps protect hair from unnecessary damage or hair breakage.

18. Hair Fact: Did you know that you should consider your hairbrush an investment. There are three things to keep in mind when buying a brush: 1) Look for natural fiber bristles, like boar bristles. They help move your hair&rsquo;s natural oils from the scalp along the hair shaft. 2) If 100% boar bristles feel too soft for your hair, try a 50/50 natural and synthetic mix. 3) Stock up. You&rsquo;ll need a different brush for each different styling job. Paddle brushes for straightening. Barrel or round brushes for styling.
